Apifil® is an O/W emulsifier that can be formulated with high concentrations of oily phase (up to 60%) without phase inversion:
Used at concentrations below 5%, it forms light creams with easy spreadability (the addition of a gelifying agent is required in the aqueous phase).
Used at higher concentrations, 5% to 15%, it forms stable creams with a firm texture and a smooth, glossy appearance. |
