Gelot™ 64 is an O/W emulsifier for difficult to formulate drugs.
Compatible with essential oils, alcohol extracts (menthol, camphor etc). At low concentrations, below 7%, it forms light emulsions (the addition of a gelifying agent is required in the aqueous phase). Used at higher concentrations, 7% to 20%, it forms emulsions with firm texture, yields excellent heat stability and compatibility with a large pH range.
