Description
Tefose® 63 is a multipurpose O/W emulsifier.
Has excellent mucosal tolerance and is widely used in vaginal cream formulations (antifungal, contraceptives etc). At concentrations below 8%, it forms light creams (the addition of a gelifying agent is required in the aqueous phase). Used at higher concentrations, 8% to 20%, it forms elegant and extremely stable emulsions with firm texture.
